I started working with Rob on the 10th of January 2022 as he was relatively new to training and only had used a handful of the machines in the gym. He wanted guidance on progressing with what he had already achieved by himself.
During our 6 weeks together Rob managed to lose just over 6lbs of body fat and gain 3.9lbs of muscle. Of course during the 6 weeks there was the odd bump in the road as to be expected but we managed to change Rob’s mindset about how to change your body composition.

I started the gym in September 2021. I was never interested in the gym before but during lockdown I put on weight so I decided to do something about it.
I lost 2 stone relatively quickly. Then in January 2022 I replied to an advert on Instagram about signing up to his 6 week transformation programme.
It was about removing my body fat and increasing my muscle mass.
Ian is a very good PT and explained everything to me when we had our sessions.
I will certainly be using Ian for further PT sessions again in the future.
