Online coaching is everything you would receive from 1-2-1 training in a Gym but at a fraction of the cost. The benefit is you can train at a time that suits you, no need to find a date and time that works for us both.
Customised programmes for your goals available and accessible via my own app. The exercises, weight, reps and sets will be set for you. You will be able to even see a video of the exercises too to ensure you are doing them correctly. If you are not a member of a gym but have equipment at home the programmes can reflect that.
