My client Hannah completed her 6 week transformation with me and I couldn’t be more proud of her transformation.
In the 6 weeks she has lost nearly 7lbs of body fat, lowered her metabolic age by 7 and reduced her visceral fat by 1! She lost 11cm off her hips and 9cm off her waist too.
The important part was losing fat to lower her weight which she achieved my sticking to her calorie deficit, eating a set amount of protein per day and ensuring her daily activity (NEAT) was met.
She not is only looking and feeling great but her strength and lifts have improved so much during the 6 weeks.

I have loved every moment of this 6 week transformation with Ian. Having in person training sessions has been key for me and I have learnt so much about weight training and nutrition. I have much more confidence to lift weights and try new exercises when I am supported by Ian and he has shared his knowledge throughout to help me understand why, how and what I was doing. That was also key to keep me going.
Having my calories worked out for me gave me freedom to choose what I wanted to eat, as long as I stuck to my protein target and calorie deficit.
Ian was always available to answer any of my questions and kept me motivated throughout, celebrating when I hit new PB’s and encouraging me when things were a bit harder.
The results have totally shocked me and I never thought I would feel this confident when looking in a mirror. I feel stronger, healthier and more motivated to keep on with my journey. Thank you so much Ian!!!
