I’ve recently completed the 6 week transformation with Ian. I wanted to loose some fat round my middle, tone up, get definition, learn to eat the right foods again and gain confidence! The sessions are always hard work but Ian knows how to get the best out of you with pure encouragement, taking an interest in the odd text before your next pt session with encouragement! Everything has changed, I’ve visibly changed shape, eating more healthy, have more energy, fitness levels have increased, gained so much confidence and enjoy my training sessions!
