I have always struggled to lose weight with my lifestyle but training with Ian made that so simple and surprisingly easy. I have been on almost every diet imaginable – all of which made me feel hungry, miserable and disappointed when stepping on the scales.
With Ian’s guidance, workouts and nutritional guidance – I saw changes almost immediately. I never felt hungry and I still managed to have a glass of wine at the weekend. My clothes feel loser, my skin is clearer and I feel so much happier. Having something to focus on throughout lockdown almost made a huge difference to my mental health.
Having the weekly check ins with Ian really motivated me and kept me on track. No question felt too stupid to ask and if I found any workout too challenging, he adapted it to still get the results I wanted.
I really enjoyed the varied workouts he gave me every week and I never felt hungry or unsatisfied. I’ve still got a way to go yet, but I am really looking forward to continuing my weight loss journey with Ian. I couldn’t recommend him enough!
