Having trained with Ian a couple of years ago I knew that he was good at what he does and that you do get results if you put in the work! I wasn’t quite ready to get back to going in a gym so I jumped at the chance of doing his 4wk online course when I saw it pop up on his social media! With regular zoom calls to keep me on track and knowing I could ask Ian anything anytime really helped me to keep going! He changed my macros each week to reflect any pounds or cms I had lost. And made me a training plan that helped me get back to loving weight training along with some cardio. I am my own worst critic and it takes me a while to give myself any kind of praise but seeing the scales slowly go down and the cms come off each week has made me happy with what I have achieved in 4wks! I have a little way to go yet but am determined to keep on track with the help of Ian and I know I will get to where I want to be! I can’t thank Ian enough for giving me this opportunity and for helping me get back to loving working out and getting my nutrition back on track!
