At the start of my 4 week program with Masterplan Fitness I never utilised my time to exercise or make time to make healthy meals but with the right guidance and help Ian showed me how easy and simple it could be. I lacked motivation to get fit and after week one I was ready for change. Over the 4 weeks I have noticed a big change not only physically but also mentally. It has put me on track for fitness goals and made me more aware of what I’m eating. Ian was a massive help being on call with any questions I had.
