When I started my journey with Masterplan Fitness Ian asked me to track my calories for the first day- I did this and was only having 412 calories a day. Which is crazy to be living off. I couldn’t believe by simply tracking my calories and macros Ian set for me I could look and feel so different. I did the set workouts, tracking food and hitting my goals Ian had set- I have so much more energy and feel much better In myself and much more confident in my appearance.
