The 6 week transformation is ideal for those wanting to make a significant change to their body and mindset in just 6 weeks. If you want to lose between 6lbs to 12lbs of body fat within 6 weeks then this is the programme for you!
The 6 week transformation includes:
2 PT sessions a week for 6 weeks. Each session is 1 hour long.
I will provide you with your daily calorie and macro breakdown ensuring you have all you need from a nutrition point of view to reach your goal.
You will receieve weekly weigh-ins, providing you with your body fat %, muscle mass, water %, visceral fat, metabolic age and much more!
Fully customised training programmes for you to work on during the 6 weeks away from our PT sessions.
Access to our exclusive app to upload your weekly measurements, progress pictures and access to your customised training programmes.
At the end of the 6 weeks your pictures will be posted along with a review from yourself on how you found the 6 week transformation programme. If you wish to remain anonymous that is fine, I will protect your identity on my social pages and website.
The total cost for the 6 week programme is £480.
